Garmin Integration
Built for Garmin. Natively.
Not a workaround. Not a hack. Rack uses Connect IQ to run directly on your watch — logging reps, tracking HR zones, and syncing via Bluetooth without a phone in sight.

FAQ
Common questions
Which Garmin watches work with Rack?
Rack supports any Garmin watch capable of running Connect IQ apps. This includes Fenix 5 and newer, Forerunner 245 and newer, Epix Gen 2, Venu 3, Instinct 2/3, Enduro, and MARQ series.
Do I need my phone during a workout?
No. Rack is watch-first. You start your session on the watch, log sets, and hot-swap exercises — all without touching your phone. Your phone syncs when you reconnect.
How does the Connect IQ app get installed?
Install Rack from the Garmin Connect IQ Store, either from the Garmin Connect app on your phone or directly at apps.garmin.com.
What is DataBuffer?
DataBuffer is Rack's offline caching system. If you lose Bluetooth mid-session, the watch stores every set locally and syncs automatically when connection restores.
Will my older Garmin watch work?
Most Connect IQ-capable Garmin watches released after 2018 will work for basic workout logging. HR Zones and DataBuffer require newer hardware. Check the compatibility table above.
Is there a companion Garmin Connect IQ data field?
Yes. In addition to the main activity app, Rack provides a data field you can add to any Garmin activity screen to display current set, reps, and HR zone.
