Terms of Service

Plain-English Summary

  • Use Rack for personal strength training. Don't abuse it.
  • Your workout data belongs to you — you can export or delete it anytime.
  • Lifetime purchasers get lifetime access — we won't revoke it.
  • We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Rack is provided as-is — we're not liable for injuries.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Rack, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use Rack. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@rackstrength.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your Content

Your workout data, PRs, and profile information belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Rack service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete it at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing is displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel via your App Store account settings.

6. Lifetime Access Commitment

If you purchased a Lifetime plan, we commit to providing you access to the Rack service for the lifetime of the product — meaning as long as Rack continues to operate. If we ever discontinue the service, Lifetime purchasers will receive at least 12 months advance notice and a pro-rated refund option. This commitment is not revocable by us except in cases of terms violation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code - Use Rack to collect data on other users without consent - Misrepresent PRs or otherwise manipulate the verification system - Share your account credentials with others

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Rack is a workout logging tool, not a medical device. Do not use Rack data to make health or medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program. Rack is not liable for injuries arising from workouts logged in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
