How many athletes can I manage?
There is no hard limit. The War Room is designed to scale from a handful of athletes to full team rosters.
Do athletes need Garmin watches?
Garmin watches unlock the full feature set (HR zones, readiness, verified PRs). Athletes can still log workouts without one, but biometric features require a compatible Garmin device.
Is there a separate coach subscription?
Coach features are included in the standard Rack subscription. Coaches get a dedicated dashboard and team management tools at no extra cost.
Can I assign programs to athletes?
Yes. You can build programs and push them directly to athletes' queues. They see the next workout on their watch.
