Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to exercises not in my library?
New exercises are created automatically during import. You can rename or merge them later in your exercise library.
Will this create duplicates?
We check for existing workouts by date and name. If a workout with the same date and name already exists, it will be skipped.
Can I undo an import?
Currently, imported workouts cannot be bulk-undone. We recommend reviewing the preview carefully before importing.
What about kg vs lbs?
Use the unit toggle in the preview to specify whether your file uses pounds or kilograms. Weights are stored in your preferred unit.
How long does the import take?
Most imports complete in under 30 seconds. Very large files (5000+ workouts) may take a minute or two.
Data guarantee
Your old app stays untouched. Run both in parallel during your first week if you want. If the import breaks anything, email us and we'll fix it or refund your year.
