Can I use the Garmin watch app without the Rack phone app?
The watch app needs a phone companion for initial setup and data sync. Once configured, workouts run independently on the watch.
Will my data transfer from iOS to Android?
Yes. Your Rack account syncs across devices. If you switch phones, your workout history and PRs come with you.
